One of the reasons I became attracted to filmmaking and documenting real life in particular, was the hope to somehow use my skills to make a positive impact on the world. There have been a few instances where I have been able to use these skills to tell stories about people that deserve to be heard, and one organization that I came to know quite unexpectedly. 

 

If you have time, you owe it to yourself to check out these two stories I created within the past few years. One is the story of a brave young man that overcame impossible odds at survival to discover the artist he never knew he was. 

The other is about a group of volunteers in Santa Barbara, CA that offer basic medical needs to the homeless community.

 

If there is one direction I would like to take my videography career, it would be showcasing that there are positive people out there doing positive things.
